Cath Lab installation
A catheterization laboratory is also known as a “cardiac cath lab,” which is an examination room in a hospital or clinic where doctors perform minimally invasive tests and procedures to diagnose and treat cardiovascular disease.
At Jupiter Hospital, we operate Cath lab because:
- The procedures performed in a cardiac cath lab almost always involve tiny, flexible tubes, called catheters, which doctors use with diagnostic imaging equipment.
- These equipment are used to get images for the arteries of the heart and the chambers of the heart and treat any stenosis or abnormality found by the doctors.
- The cath lab installed for our patients, enable the doctors to see the arteries and check how well blood is flowing to and from the heart.
