About
Dr. Nikhil Kamat graduated from Seth G. S. Medical College and K. E. M. Hospital Parel, Mumbai in 1992. Pursuing his post graduation from the premier institute of Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai, Dr. Nikhil became a certified diplomate with the National Board of Radiology in 1995.
After his MD he worked in Mumbai at the Bombay Hospital followed by a post-MD specialized training in cross-sectional Imaging [CT/MRI] at the Hinduja Hospital.
Joining hands with Jupiter Group as a full-time consultant at their CT and MRI centers since 1999, Dr. Nikhil has been associated with the DNB [Radiology] as a guide to students at the Jupiter Hospital.

- Visiting Fellowship in radiology at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham UK and Neuro Radiology fellowship from Ohio State University Hospital Columbus, Ohio, USA.
- Visiting fellowship in Body and Musculo-skeletal imaging from Massachusetts, General Hospital and Harvard University, Boston, USA.
- Attended the International Radiology Conference RSNA 2006 at Chicago and ASNR 2009 at Vancouver. Pursued training for body and Cardiac MRI in Dept of Radiology at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences [UAMS].
- Regular attendee at national conferences and local radiology meetings. Actively conducts joint clinical and radiology meetings for better understanding of complex cases and creating awareness of radiological advances amongst clinical colleagues.
