- He had a tenure of one year as the Chief Resident in the Department of Neurosurgery at NIMHANS Bangalore. Following this, he worked for six months as an Associate Consultant at PD Hinduja Hospital Mumbai. During his time at both institutions, he provided guidance and tutored resident doctors in the clinical and surgical aspects of neurosurgery. Additionally, he organized and managed the operations of both outpatient departments (OPD) and operating theaters (OT).
- In the past three years, across various hospitals in Mumbai, he has taken on the responsibility of managing the care of more than a thousand patients in inpatient departments (IPD) and operating rooms (OR).
- Surgical proficiency spans a variety of cases, including head injuries, brain tumors, brain aneurysms, and arteriovenous malformations (AVM).
- Specialized in pediatric brain tumors, degenerative spinal disorders, and endoscopic brain and spinal surgeries.
- Successfully removed a bullet from a lady with a headshot, and she is now leading an active and independent life.
- Conducted the removal of a large sphenoid wing meningioma from a Jehovah's Witness patient who refused blood transfusion.
- Executed aneurysm surgery for a differently-abled person who has resumed duties as an engineer.
- Repaired traumatic sciatic nerve transection, allowing a patient to walk with a splint and return to duties as a police officer.
- During his tenure at Fortis Hospital, he had a pivotal role in setting up the Department of Neurosurgery.
- Procured equipment for the operating room, established treatment protocols, and provided staff training in managing basic as well as complex neurosurgical patients.

- He has contributed to 19 publications featured in various national and international neurosurgical journals.
- These publications encompass surgical videos and case series, with a focus on significant topics such as head injuries and intraoperative ultrasound for brain tumor resections.
- Notably, the case series comprises data from over 1000 patients, making it one of the largest series globally on these specific subjects.He had the honor of being awarded the Leksell Gamma Knife Society Sweden 2020 GKRS Fellowship at UPMC Pittsburgh, USA.
- Remarkably, he was the sole neurosurgeon from India to receive this prestigious fellowship in the last five years, underscoring his international recognition and contribution to the field.
