    Spectrum of Care

For those with physical and/or cognitive disabilities brought on by a brain or spinal cord injury, stroke, cerebral palsy, Parkinson's disease, or any progressive or non-progressive neurological disorder, neuro rehab offers specialised care. It also covers musculoskeletal disorders.

State of the art interventions offered
Amadeo -It is a robotic computer-assisted hand rehabilitation device. The machine can be used to increase voluntary control, strength, and spasticity, among other things. The patient's hand is hooked up to a machine, and he is instructed to play a game. Task-specific training is an example.

Pablo - It is a computer-assisted rehabilitation device that uses sensors to improve voluntary control and function of the wrist, elbow, and hand. It employs motion sensors to increase upper-limb movement, making it easier to perform everyday tasks. Hand sensors are used in tablet devices to improve specific tasks. This has also been included into our sports rehabilitation program, where we have employed the hand sensor to improve the bowling action of cricket players.

Diego -It is also a computer-assisted robotic rehabilitation equipment, primarily used for shoulder and arm rehabilitation. It operates on the principle of intelligent gravity compensation, in which the weight of the limb is eased and the exercise is performed using virtual reality to increase voluntary control.

Lokostation -It is a lower limb, body weight- supported robotic gait trainer. The patient is suspended using a suspension vest, and the orthosis is affixed to the patient's legs. The equipment passively stimulates the movement of walking, allowing individuals with total or partial paralysis of their lower legs to walk in.

Myro -It is a computer-assisted sensor-based gadget that improves cognitive performance and hand-eye coordination. It improves attention, memory, orientation to time, place, and person, abstract thinking, judgment, calculating, and sense of direction.

Tymo - It is a sensor-based computer-assisted device with a force plate that is wirelessly Bluetooth-connected to a computer. It can be used to improve dynamic balance while sitting, standing, and standing to sit. The patient is permitted to play the game, which can be controlled by moving the force plate.

Anti-gravity treadmill - The technique can be used to treat a range of conditions, including neurological, muscular, skeletal, and orthopaedic rehabilitation. The patient is required to put on appropriate clothing before being zipped up within the machine's airtight container. The body portion contained within the machine separates. The procedure helps to reduce the patient's weight by 20 to 80%, allowing the patient to use the treadmill at various speeds and inclinations. This improves the patient's muscle power, coordination of the lower limbs, and endurance.

HP Cosmos - This is a high-tech treadmill with a sensor base. The technology can assist in determining and recording foot pressure. It offers a virtual reality mode in which the device is linked to an LED screen and the patient may see himself walking on a road or track with the steps shown in blue. To avoid falling, the patient can walk in real time with the assistance of a bodyweight support system. The Robo walk mode on the HP Cosmos is mostly utilised for gait conversion. Rehabilitation is critical in assisting individuals to overcome various problems and live independently.
