Experienced in performing primary and complex coronary interventions which includes imaging guided PCI, rotablation, intra-vascular lithotripsy and orbital atherectomy procedures. Trained to perform cardiac device implantations like dual chamber pacemaker, Automatic implantable cardioverter defibrillator (AICD), cardiac resynchronisation therapy (CRT-D/P) device. Trained to perfrom balloon mitral valvotomy (BMV), balloon pulmonary valvotomy (BPV), Atrial septal defect device closure (ASD-DC), patent ductus arteriosus device closure (PDA-DC). Special interest in structural heart diseases and intervention like Transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI), transcatheter mitral valve replacement (TMVR). Experienced in diagnosing and using non-invasive cardiology techniques like 2D, 3D & strain echocardiography, trans-esophageal echocardiography, pediatric echocardiography, dobutamine and physiological stress echocardiography, treadmill test, holter and loop recorder studies.
